As a Salesmsg user, I would like to be able to configure Quiet Hours on a per-day basis so that I can restrict messaging on Sundays without also blocking Saturdays. Currently, Quiet Hours groups Saturday and Sunday together, making it impossible to restrict messaging on one weekend day without blocking the other. My AI Agent needs to be able to send messages on Saturdays, but because the weekend days are bundled, enabling Quiet Hours blocks both days, leaving me no choice.

Dark mode on the web app would make using the interface more pleasant, especially on late nights!

As a Salesmsg Organization Owner, I want to be able to edit the information of my members from my account. I.e Their First & Last Name, and email.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like to have a desktop Salesmsg app so that I don't have to rely on a browser to use the platform.

Send outbound texts and completely block customers from replying

As an Admin, I'd like the ability to edit a saved reply created by anyone on my team, so that I can more thoroughly control my organizations messaging.

As a Salesmsg account Owner/Admin, I'd like to view and monitor all inboxes without being added as a member of each one. Currently, I can only see inboxes I'm explicitly added to, which requires me to appear in the member list. For oversight and monitoring purposes, I need a global view across all inboxes without being listed as an active member in each one.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like Salesmsg to automatically pause sending messages during the hours that contacts should not be reached out to so that I do not have to configure my campaigns or workflows to cover this.

We’d like the ability to set a character limit on outbound messages that our team members can send. This would help us control SMS credit usage by preventing staff from sending overly long messages that consume multiple credits. Ideally, admins could define this limit per user or across the account.

As a Salesmsg team lead, I need to be able to manage conversations on an inbox while also being able to see conversations (without being assigned) on a separate inbox. Currently, I can only have one user permission (observer or member), but I need to be a member of one inbox and observe another.
