Quiet Hours

Character Limit on Outbound Messages
We’d like the ability to set a character limit on outbound messages that our team members can send. This would help us control SMS credit usage by preventing staff from sending overly long messages that consume multiple credits. Ideally, admins could define this limit per user or across the account.

Custom User Permissions
As a Salesmsg team lead, I need to be able to manage conversations on an inbox while also being able to see conversations (without being assigned) on a separate inbox. Currently, I can only have one user permission (observer or member), but I need to be a member of one inbox and observe another.

Disable inbound rings outside of Business Hours
As a Salesmsg user, I would like calls to not ring the mobile app, if the calls are received outside of business hours.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to click the link for a specific conversation while logged out, then be taken to that specific conversation automatically after logging in.

Create Multiple, Separate A2P 10DLC Campaigns within Single Account
Basic Request: Create Multiple, Separate A2P 10DLC Campaigns within Single Account Allow SalesMSG customers to create multiple A2P 10DLC Campaigns within a single account and assign numbers to each campaign accordingly instead of only being able to have a single A2p 10DLC Campaign that all numbers within an account are assigned to. This would reduce the need to create additional SalesMSG accounts in order to do maintain multiple campaigns. This would better map to the architecture of businesses running multiple business units and/or brands where separate campaigns are needed, but where a singular account interface/login and billing structure is desired. This also would simplify interfacing connected integrations with other key platforms like Hubspot & Aircall.

Disable Email Login (SSO Only)
As a Salesmsg Organization Owner who would prefer my team only use a Google SSO feature, I would like a method to disable my team from using email logins, so that I know that only Google SSO can be used to access my teams accounts.
