As a Salesmsg Organization Owner, I'd like the Organization avatar to be it's own photo, so that I could have unique pictures between my personal photo and organization photo

As a Salesmsg user that predominantly uses Safari for work, I would like Salesmsg to optimize the site for Safari users so that I do not have to switch to Google Chrome.

As a Mac user with a Mac capable of using mobile apps on desktop, I'd like the Salesmsg mobile app to be built to work both on mobile and desktop mode, so that it's even easier for me to access Salesmsg how I prefer to.

As a Salesmsg user who leverages group SMS often, I'd like the ability to label or "name" group SMS conversations, similarly to iMessage.

Hi, just realized that due to a setting on my laptop I'd left perhaps dozens of messages for which the recipient wouldn't have heard anything due to the mic being muted. Would be nice to have a volume indicator bouncing around so we know the mic is hot.

As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to be able to mark my team as away or online from the 'Members' tab

As a Salesmsg Organization Owner, I would like Salesmsg to have a library of Key-combo keyboard shortcuts for navigating the web app, so that I am more efficient in Salesmsg.

I'd like to be able to sort my media library by user, whether that be done via a filter or folder. This makes it so my users can find their attachments easily.

In the past we briefly used Hatch finding that their kanban view was the only worthwhile feature they had. We would like to see a similar view added to Salesmsg. Ideally it would allow us to add 3 or 4 inboxes side by side, based either on the inbox itself or the tag applied. This would allow managers to track the progress of a leads from marketing to sale without having to search or click through inboxes.

As a part of my regular SMS reporting, I'd like to export a list of all contacts who replied to my broadcast but I'd like to include the message content for what that person replied with.
