I want the ability to select a ringless voicemail audio to drop to a contact from the contact chat sidebar.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like to transfer my active call to another member of my team without forwarding the call to another number, so that call transferring is streamlined while keeping a lean number of inboxes.

Hey Salesmsg team! We've been having a problem lately with some phone calls not coming through for everyone on our staff. It feels random. This is happening even with "set as away" turned off. Slightly unrelated, but we've also noticed a pattern on mobile when the call tab pops up at the top of the screen, hitting the answer button will sometimes cancel the phone call and we've had to call the number back. This is not a problem if we open up the actually call screen before hitting answer.
