💡 Feature Requests

Currently, the Voicemail Drop feature in Salesmsg only works manually, one call at a time. There’s no way to auto-drop a pre-recorded voicemail when using the Power Dialer. This enhancement request is to allow users to configure voicemail drops to trigger automatically when a call goes to voicemail during a Power Dialer session. This would significantly streamline calling workflows, especially for high-volume outreach teams. Users have requested this for increased speed, consistency, and efficiency.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to add a Header or Title on SMS/MMS.

Ability to pull up the contact information or being able to click over to the message thread that may be going on with the contact

When ending a call having the ability to be able to select a call outcome that will trigger automatic text messages etc to be able to be sent

As the Owner of the account, I would like the ability to enable the Signature feature globally for all of my users.

As a SalesMsg user, I'd like to be able to internally communicate with other team members without having to send them a SMS.

As a user, I'd like to be able to set up the textbot to function during outside business hours to qualify leads while we are closed

Add the use of signatures to the mobile app

As a Salesmsg Organization owner, I would like a toggleable option to disable the AI features, so that I do not have to interact with them in various parts of the web application.

I would like for there to be a way to access Tags from the main screen left hand navigation bar, rather than from the Settings section.
