Chat Widget - Automated Text Reply
As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to send an automated text to someone who submits their information via the Chat Widget. That way they get a text that says something along the lines of "Thanks for your interest, we'll text you soon", or some other customized text reply.

Mark incoming messages from text chat widget
We get hundreds of text messages into Sales Message every day from our customers and drivers. It would be great if all incoming text messages from the text chat widget could be marked somehow so we could easily spot them. Mark them with an icon, color, text, or something. Right now they get buried with all the other messages and we can't tell if they're from the text chat widget.

Widget: Webpage/URL Information
As a Salesmsg admin, I would like a way to see which of my websites webpages the Website chat widget was used on, so that I could have more context for the inbound messages coming from the Website Chat to SMS Widget.

Ability Set On/Off Hours for Text Chat Widget
Our team has to manually turn the text chat widget on and off. We should have the ability to have it turn on and off according to whatever hours we want (i.e. turn on between 8 am - 5 pm).

As a customer using the Salesmsg Website Chat Widget, I'd like to identify how many customers are using this tool to interact with my business. Could we apply a tag to each customer or identify the inbound source as 'widget' when the customer submits the form?

Widget: Analytics and Reporting
As a user using the Web Site Chat to SMS widget, it would be nice to know how many messages have come into Salesmsg from that widget, so that I know how effective it is. The count is displayed on the analytics page would be great.
