I would like to be able to filter my analytics by time. Especially when it comes to member performance. As data skews if my users get texts outside of business hours.

Filter message analytics by specific Hubspot workflow
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to filter the existing analytics reports by specific Hubspot workflows, so that I can easily see deliverability rates for individual workflows.

Analytics - Performance tab Business Hours
As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to measure response rates in and outside of business hours. Ideally, I could toggle between 'include business hours calculation' or exclude business hours.

Add Transcription tracking to analytics
Call transcription as a reflection of credits used / time transcribed should be made available within Analytics. A good spot would be the credits analytics page.

Ringless Voicemail Analytics
As a Salesmsg user who uses Ringless Voicemail a lot, I'd like this activity to be easily referencable on Salesmsg analytics including all table stakes (Sent, delivered, listened to, replies, call backs etc) and possible advanced stats on ROI, so that I can have confidence in what is happening with my Ringless Voicemail messages.

Visibility of Messages Captured in 'Spam Rate' Analytics
As a user, I'm facing challenges in identifying which of my messages are causing issues with carriers. I suggest a feature that allows me to see what messages are being captured in our 'Spam Rate' under the analytics tab. This would help me better understand and manage my messaging strategy.

Response Rate Reporting
As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to view the response rate for our initial outbound texts to validate if customers are engaging with us via SMS. Similarly to the messages tab, I'd like to see a report of first response rate, total response rate (ratio or % based on total interactions in/out while a conversation is 'open'), as well as a count report of number of conversations outbound with no reply.

Failed Messages Analytics Breakdown
A customer requested the ability to see the details of failed message sends while reviewing contacts and segments, in the same way that they can currently see 'Message Status' or 'Opt-In Source'. This would make it much easier to see the reason for failed message sends (i.e. Carrier Violation, Unreachable Destination, Landline, etc. and take corrective action

Detailed Breakdown of Outbound Messages
I need to see a detailed breakdown of outbound messages, including what was delivered and what was not, along with the details of the person sending the messages. This level of granularity in data would help me better understand and manage my communications.
