currently when you search keywords by a conversation the ability to filter by "newest, oldest, priority first" & " open though closed filters" imaged below

As an Admin, I would need my SMS software to automatically translate one language to another when sending or receiving SMS messages, so that another contact and I who does not speak the same language can communicate in SMS.

As a user, I'd like to add an internal comment on a specific message on the Salesmsg conversation timeline.

Is there a feature or can you add a feature that will allow me to set a reminder to follow up with clients? Like set a reminder to follow up in one month or one week etc? Thanks!!

I've noticed that the conversation color coding feature is not taking into account automated messages like when the message source is a trigger, a broadcast or keyword reply. It would be great if the conversation color coding feature could take into account these automated messages for a more accurate representation.

It would be nice to have the ability to flag conversations with different colors instead of just orange, denoting different types of follow-up needed in our organization (like the flag functionality in Apple Mail).

As a user, I want the ability to add my meeting link so I can easily insert it into my SMS conversations.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like a way to filter off elements of a conversation that may not be relevant to me (like calls), so that when I’m reading a SMS thread I only see what I want to see.

As a Salesmsg user, I want the ability to clip highlights from videos or audio files (including inbound media, call recordings, and uploaded media), save those clips to the Media Library, and send them as new messages to another contact, so that I can efficiently repurpose inbound media and call recordings into new assets.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to have the ability to easily add or remove contacts within a given group chat without creating a new group. Similar to WhatsApp but for texting.
