Company should be a default field. What contact doesn't work for a company? This is a simple add and one everybody will benefit from immediately. I need to be able to assign my contacts to a company. The company field should show up by default and I should be able to select from an alphabetized list of companies when creating a contact Tags should be alphabetized by default. It's great a list of all tags show up when I want to tag a contact, but they show up in a random order Custom Fields: Custom Fields should show up as a list as well instead of having to manually type the entry every time. This leads to typos and inconsistencies in naming. Example: I work for Home builders. Most of my contacts need to be assigned to a company, a neighborhood they build in, and assigned a role. Currently I created custom fields to capture each of these, but I have to manually type the entry every time instead of simply selecting from a list Default option for custom fields: I should have the option to make any of my custom fields as a default entry. These seem like a simple adds and one that would be beneficial to everyone using the salesmsg Not having this feature will most likely be the reason I discontinue using the product.

I would like to be able to assign different colors to tags so they are more easily seen at a glance.

Would be great if you showed how many pages of contacts there were, with a jump to custom page. So if I have 390 pages of 100 customers per page, I can jump to page 184 rather than individually clicking next 183 times.

I'd like to a Customer Field added to contacts. Most contacts are going to be an employee of a business that is a customer. Also a role field would be nice. Example: Contact: John Doe Role: Superintendent Customer: Design Builders Maybe a simpler approach is to this would be to make your custom fields allow for drop downs. That way when you add a custom field called Customer, you can create a customer one time and assign multiple contacts under that customer How this helps me. I own a construction waste hauling business. I am a subcontractor for home builders. The home builder is my customer. My team and I communicate daily with various superintendents in various neighborhoods. So to be able to have those superintendents saved as contacts, assigned to a builder, assigned to a neighborhood, would help us tremendously

From some days we are trying to link the contacts which are showing in unlinked portion of Contacts Cleanup, while when we link that contact it says contact already linked and that contact remains in unlinked cotact portion. Kindly check it up or suggest a method to resolve this. Thank You!!

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to mass link contacts. This will help in the instances where there are several unlinked contacts between Salesmsg and our CRM, and save time from having to link them one by one.

Include the option to automatically apply a tag every time specific saved replies are used. Said tags can help create contact segments in Salesmsg and/or be used as enrollment triggers for automations.

A customer requested the ability to merge tags in the event that a duplicate tag is unintentionally made so that contacts can easily be migrated onto the correct version of the tag and so that the duplicate tag can be deleted

We'd love for the custom fields to have a drop down feature to ensure consistency across records. We create segments based upon one of the custom fields, but a mispelling leaves a contact out of a segment.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the option of adding multiple numbers to one contact so that I can consolidate multiple conversations into one thread.
