💡 Feature Requests

’d love to have the ability to automatically send a follow-up SMS if a contact doesn’t click a link in the original message within a specified number of days. Example use case: A trigger sends an SMS with a link If the link is not clicked within 2 days → a second SMS is sent as a reminder This would help boost engagement and reduce manual follow-up work for sales and support teams. Ideally, we could set the wait time and the fallback message inside the Trigger configuration.

It would be nice if Triggered Text messages would be held in a que to be sent at a later date or not sent at all if it is triggered outside of business hours The ability to turn this feature on or off would be great as well.

Would be cool to have categories for triggers to organize them a little better!

I'd like to know the date and time the trigger was last used (Sent)

I'd like to be able to have triggers with the same name. I used to be able to do this but now I cannot edit triggers with the same name now due to changes in the system.

I'd love to be able to delay a trigger from firing for an hour or so after the web hook triggers it

As a user, I'd like the ability to share my trigger with members of my organization or other organizations outside of mine.
