’d love to have the ability to automatically send a follow-up SMS if a contact doesn’t click a link in the original message within a specified number of days.

Example use case:

A trigger sends an SMS with a link

If the link is not clicked within 2 days → a second SMS is sent as a reminder

This would help boost engagement and reduce manual follow-up work for sales and support teams. Ideally, we could set the wait time and the fallback message inside the Trigger configuration.
