I would love to be able to create a Workflow that has a trigger of a missed call to automatically send a SMS.

Workflow template: Send broadcast to non-responding recipients of previous broadcast
As a Salesmsg user, I want to be able to setup a Salesmsg workflow that automatically sends a follow-up broadcast to the contacts that received my initial broadcast message and did not respond to it.

Flag a message
Flag messages to follow up or respond later. There should be a way to organize messages that I have read but haven't responded yet. Flagging messages can be a good option to do this.

Ability to Track Initial Activity in Salesmsg through HubSpot Workflow
As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability in HubSpot, to track new contacts created in Salesmsg via an inbound call or SMS.

Automatically Send Out Opt Out after Certain Amount of SMS Sent
If my contact doesn't respond back after X amount of times, send opt out message.
