Practical Prospecting campaign and I delete it from contacts also I notice when you delete from contacts and re enter the number the prospect still pops up when there should be no trace of said prospect once deleted

Tropical Crocodile Thanks for flagging this — totally get how clunky that is if a “deleted” contact can still receive campaign messages. Can you share which campaign/workflow this is happening in and whether the contact was deleted from the Contacts page or removed from the campaign itself? We’ll take a look on our side and follow up once we have more info.
