This persons post. Not being able to do this is a major issue for us. There should be a difference between using a saved reply and creating a saved reply.

Hey Bronze Cattle — thanks for flagging this. Totally hear you on how important it is to be able to manage team-wide saved replies and have visibility into what everyone has access to. We’re going to take a look on our side and follow up as soon as we have more info.
