As a Salesmsg user, I would like to be notified in the caller ID if an inbound caller is likely spam, so that I waste less time answering calls from spam callers.

Direct integration into the new Hubspot Help Desk. This would enable support teams who manage incoming tickets to directly respond via SMS through the Help Desk, similar to the conversations inbox.

It would be great if the black pop up box that you get when you dial a number would just show maybe a few times but then permently go away. I understand it is informing folks to wait to do the VM drop untilt he end of the VM message but you all should try to capture your VM drop when you have the darn black box in your way constantly!!! It's annoying as hell and hinders your trying to get to the VM you want to drop.

As a user, I want the ability to send my Broadcast as the HubSpot Owner from Salesmsg.

We'd like the option to CALL/SMS from the preview side panel when looking at a Contact in the "MY CONTACTS" section of Hubspot. A way to just click their contact from the contact view and then call or text via sales message right through the preview panel

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the chat widget bubble to have an option to upload my own logo.

As a Salesforce user, I'd like a way to add the Salesmsg widget to the opportunities page, so that I save more time navigating between less records to do my job
