Auto Opt-out contacts on failed messages
When I text a contact and the message fails (perhaps if it fails 2x in a row) I would like my contact to become automatically opted out.

I'd like to know the date and time the trigger was last used (Sent)

Can we have the ability to create new folders like follow-up that way we can move conversations there or any contact we book an appointment with get moved to follow up automatically
