We run into this issue pretty frequently, where we have a number of automations lined up to make sure people stay engaged. Quite often, though, these messages will be sent out even as we are actively talking with someone, which makes the conversation a little awkward and disruptive. We'd love the ability to say "delay this message until there has been no engagement for 1 hour" or something like that.
