Hubspot integration: Keep running conversation log in one field
As a Salesmsg x Hubspot user, I would like for there to be a Salesmsg Hubspot contact property that keeps a running log of the entire conversation history with a given contact, so that the conversation data can be used to provide context to AI integrations.

AI enhanced Keywords
A user sent in an AI related feature request/suggestion regarding keywords. Their use case involves dispatching tradespeople to fix house related issues for customers that the customer is often times pretty uneducated on. The user thought it would be super helpful if when a customer sends in a keyword or a service request with a certain keyword in it, an AI enhanced version of our Keywords feature could educate the customer more on the area of their house that they need help with. This would not only give the customer some basic troubleshooting tips to try, but it would also help them get the dispatched tradesperson up to speed on the problem once they've arrived.
