Widget: Don't Refresh Confirmation Message

As a Salesmsg user who uses the website chat to SMS feature, I'd like the confirmation messages after a lead uses the widget to be longer or perhaps even totally static. Some of my contacts report they don't know if they got the message because they did not see the confirmation.
