HubSpot Widget Enhancements

As a HubSpot user, I want to open the Salesmsg widget without it blurring out my HubSpot record page, so that I can read/reference the information on the page with the widget open

Remove Opt Outs from 'Open' tab

As a Salesmsg admin with quite a bit of inbound volume, it would be great to not have unsubscribed and opt-outs not clutter my inbox by automatically moving those conversations to a new tab for 'Opt Outs'

User Name Punctuation

I would like to use my business name in my Salesmsg account as it is legally trademarked. For example if I were to type salesmsg user, it should show as salesmsg user (as of now it auto-capitalizes to Salesmsg User.)
