Show outgoing calls in chat timeline

We can see when a contact has called us, but the SMS chat timeline doesn't show us that we have called them. This would be helpful since I share the line with others. We would like to all be able see that someone has returned the call to the contact.

- Would you like to see any specific details about the outgoing calls in the chat timeline, such as duration or time of call?
- Is it important for all team members to have access to the outgoing call information, or only specific roles?

Chris, Thanks for helping with this. We make calls to most of our leads once at initial contact, and back and forth calls quite often when we are in the process of moving them in sometimes 2-4 times a day. It would be helpful for my co-managers to see that someone has already gotten back to a lead so we’re not texting each other directly to ask, “hey did you call so and so” time of call and duration would be super helpful. Thank you
