- Add support for webhooks directly in SalesMsg, without needing Zapier (similar to what Stripe or Aircall are doing)
or
- Offer an alternative to Zapier, such as https://integrately.com/ (same features but way cheaper)
We are using webhooks to get notified (in real time) of an incoming call. Even with a low-volume, Zapier would charge us close to $100/mo and they keep increasing their rates substantially every year.

My organization is trying to build an "automated go-between" for salesmsg and our CRM.
One of the features that we would like to see is the ability to register a webhook to trigger each time a conversation is closed.
Ideally the body of the request would include the content of the closed conversation.

Chris Brisson: Hi Chris, I don't see anything in the API that allows us to trigger an HTTP request on "Conversation Closed"
The idea is that when our recruiters mark a conversation as closed, a webhook is triggered in the background that sends the closed conversation to a particular endpoint to be parsed, before ultimately being sent to our CRM.
Right now this is done manually by our recruiters, but being able to this programmatically would really add value to us—and in turn Salesmsg.
