Missed Call Automation Trigger in Workflows

I would love to be able to create a Workflow that has a trigger of a missed call to automatically send a SMS.

Harlequin Chipmunk have you tried the new Missed Call Follow up feature under the calling settings of inboxes? Would that solve for your need?
