I'm finding it really difficult to merge and transfer calls. Also, when I receive an incoming call, it doesn't indicate which department the caller is trying to reach. For example, I'd like to see something like 'incoming call +1342676564 (Sales) (Marketing) (Customer Service)'. This would make it much easier to handle incoming calls and ensure they get directed to the right department.
