As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to filter the Performance analytics report by hour based windows, so that I can track my team's response metrics specifically within the workday.

Chris Brisson any updates on this? It's hard to track the response time when it's always taken during a 24h window.. I can't expect my team to be responsive when they're sleeping. In the current setting I don't know how to measure their response time within business hours.
