For the 1–3 star reviews, what “feedback” specifically are you looking for in-app (written comment, reviewer info, linked contact/conversation, internal notes, etc.)? And what’s the main reason you need it directly in the desktop app (replying back, routing/escalating, reporting/QA), and who on your team would be using it?
