Allow users to customize the ringtone for incoming calls within the Salesmsg mobile and/or desktop app. Currently, the app uses a default ringtone with no option to change it.
Use case: teams across multiple devices would benefit from being able to distinguish Salesmsg calls from other incoming calls by setting a unique ringtone.

Malachite Panda Thanks for the feedback — super helpful. I can see how having a custom ringtone in the Salesmsg mobile/desktop app would make it a lot easier for teams to tell Salesmsg calls apart from other incoming calls across devices. We’ll take a look at what it would take on our side and follow up once we have more info.
