Comments on SMS Messages

As a user, I'd like to add an internal comment on a specific message on the Salesmsg conversation timeline.

This would be a PHENOMENAL integration. ideally this would be an internal communication by hovering over the message, call summary.
Once an internal note is able to be added to a specific message received or a specific message sent or call outbound or call inbound.
Within the internal comment features would include
1.) Mentioning Someone
- ability to mention an inbox, organization, person or team
2.) Commands
- snippets
- gif
- ai respnose (already active)
3.) Adding Emojis
as of right now when a note is made for a person and they are mentioned multiple notes need to be made in the message thread. on the right hand side you can use AI for summary so it appears these just need to be blended together in some way.
