Call Distribution to Include Option for Other Inboxes

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to set up Call Distribution to ring a member of the Inbox first, and if no answer, to then ring a different Inbox.

- What criteria should determine which member of the Inbox is rung first?
- Should the call distribution feature allow for customization of the ringing order among multiple Inboxes?
- How should the system handle calls if all members of the initial Inbox are unavailable?
