Native Calling, Call Whisper, Dialpad, Voicemail Improvements, and More!
HubSpot Native Calling
The Salesmsg-HubSpot integration now gives you everything you need to view call recordings, voicemails, set a call outcome and even leave call notes right in your activity timeline. It's easy to use and helps you keep track of your calling activity so you can focus on what's important - making calls and closing deals.

Call Whisper
If you forward your calls from Salesmsg, you can now add an intro voice message (a "Call Whisper”) to these calls giving the recipient more context. For additional context, you can customize the Call Whisper with merge fields such as the name of the caller.

Dialpad
Make outbound calls without creating contacts first with the new Dialpad feature. From the Dialpad you can pick which number you want to call from, enable call recording, select the microphone and speaker you want to use, and search CRM contacts.

Voicemail Improvements
We improved the voicemail feature to allow for longer greetings up to 3 minutes. With ring duration, we give you control over how long the phone rings before your customer is asked to leave you a voicemail.
